To maintain these aspirations, upon hire, all employees receive mandatory orientation in ESD, FOD and Hazardous Material with continuing training scheduled and tracked each year for all production personnel. Employees receive J-Std IPC Class 3 certification and undergo yearly recertification for soldering to J-Std and IPC as necessary.

While not every company is ITAR-certified, PUI has been International Traffic in Arms Regulations certified since 2007. We know and meet standards for both harnesses and cabling, IPC-A-620 Requirements and Acceptance for Cable and Wire Harness Assemblies.

On-the-job training, mentoring, competency checks and formal classroom training continues internally and externally as well. Why? Because success doesn’t happen by accident.
